Inclusions vary by property but generally cover accommodation, cleaning services, and basic utilities. Some villas may also include additional services such as concierge, breakfast, or a private chef. Full details can be found on each villa’s page. If a service is not included in the price, our concierge team can arrange it for you, ensuring a fully personalised stay. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest!

To request a booking, simply select your desired property and submit your preferred dates. Our team will review availability and respond promptly with confirmation details. Please note: some listings allow for Instant Booking—these can be confirmed immediately without manual approval. For all other listings, your booking is only confirmed once the booking deposit has been received. We’ll send payment instructions and hold your dates for a limited time while the deposit is processed.

To confirm your booking, we require a signed Rental Agreement and a 60% deposit payment. If your arrival date is less than 60 days from the time of booking, full payment is due upfront.

For guests who choose to pay in full at the time of booking, we’re pleased to offer up to a 10% discount.

Exception: For properties that allow Instant Booking, only the Booking Deposit is required at the time of confirmation, and the remaining balance is due one week prior to arrival.

There are two ways you can pay for your villa:

  1. A wire transfer (for International Payments)
  2. An online credit card payment link 

For security reasons, we don’t publicize the exact address details of any of our properties. What we do show is an approximate location so that you can start thinking about travel arrangements and hunting out amazing things to do nearby. Once you proceed with booking request, we will send you the full street address in our Rental agreement contract.

 

You may cancel your booking at any time by the lead name advising us in writing -and the effective date of any cancellation shall be the date that written notification is received by us. In the event that you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

-100% of full paid amount if cancellation request is made 30 days prior to check-in date

-50% of full paid amount if cancellation request is made 15 days prior to check-In date

-unfortunately no refund is possible if cancellation request is made under 15 days prior to check-in date

but will be issued a 25% off your future holiday you book with us

All refunds will be made back into the respective bank account or credit card utilized in the original

The rental agreement is sent electronically. It should be signed by the individual listed as the primary guest on the reservation. We ask that you please sign the agreement using your full government name. We advise our clients and customers to review the rental agreement thoroughly and pay close attention to the inclusions and exclusions and villa policies.

We are happy to request a hold, however “reservation holds” cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the homeowner.

 

The minimum rental duration is determined by the owner and depends on the destinations and booking periods.

The calendar on the house pages of our website allows you to know the minimum duration for each property throughout the year.

If the minimum number of required days does not suit you, our advisors are available to guide you towards a more suitable alternative.

An infant should be under the age of 4 on the return journey and does not count towards the villa occupancy.

ATOL bonding relates exclusively to package holidays (accommodation with flights, car hire etc). We offer ‘accommodation only’ so an ATOL bond requirement does not apply.

When you book with Holiday-Vibe, we send you a confirmation of the cost. That is all you’ll be asked to pay.
