Located 350 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, this contemporary villa was thoroughly designed.

Consisting of five suites, it is functionally divided into three floors, all of which ensure privacy, comfort and conviviality among family and friends.

On the lower floor, in addition to the laundry area and a comfortable office, which ensures the quietness and discipline necessary for day-to-day activities, there is a living room and a fully fitted bar that invites us to taste the wines on display in the acclimatized cellar.

On the same floor there is a gymnasium with a huge natural light inflow, a support bathroom and a sauna.

On the ground floor, from the distinct entrance door, one can reach the social area of the house that has a large living room in open plan with the dining room and a semi-professional kitchen. From this area, we can go to the inviting terrace which offers unrivaled sea views.

Outside, on the leisure area, there is another kitchen and several relaxation areas, including a jacuzzi with an extraordinary view. The infinite pool with a length of 17 meters completes this leisure area.
