Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines our cancellation terms and your rights as a guest.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your booking at any time by sending written notification from the lead guest. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive this written notice via email.

 

Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before check-in Full refund of the amount paid.

  • 15–29 days before check-in 50% refund of the amount paid.

  • 14 days or fewer before check-in No refund is possible. However, you’ll receive a 25% credit toward a future booking with us.

 

Exceptions for Instant Bookings

Some properties allow Instant Booking. In these cases:

  • A Booking Deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to arrival.

  • Standard cancellation terms still apply unless otherwise stated in the property listing.

 

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

If your cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances beyond your control—such as natural disasters, governmental travel bans, or other force majeure events—we will assess each case individually. While refunds are not guaranteed under these conditions, we will do our best to offer a rebooking credit or partial refund, subject to property owner discretion.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, whether by bank transfer or credit card. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be processed.
